Elevated3D is operated as an independent art studio by a sole proprietor based in Canada. Our physical studio and mailing address is located at 84 Pickwick Dr, Nepean, ON, K2J 3E2, Canada. All products offered on this website are original artistic creations designed, hand-assembled, and sold directly by Elevated3D.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Product Composition Disclaimer: Our products are custom-designed compositions that combine original 3D elements, such as race track designs and shadowbox layouts, with legally obtained scale models and components from reputable manufacturers and licensed brands. While we create the 3D race tracks and design the overall shadowbox display, we do not reproduce, modify, or recreate the licensed designs of the scale models themselves. We make no claim of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the original trademark or copyright owners of the components used in our compositions. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party transactions.

Our products are independently produced by Elevated3D and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1®, the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), or any Formula 1 teams, drivers, or entities. Any trademarks, logos, and names referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
