Order Processing & Handling

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
• Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday).

Note: Personalized products may require additional production time as noted on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Transit Times
Transit times begin after the handling period and are as follows:

• Canada: 2–10 business days
• United States: 3–10 business days
• France: 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–11 business days
• United Arab Emirates: 3–10 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 4–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 4–16 business days

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• Final shipping charges depend on the destination and order details.
• Standard shipping starts at $18.99 depending on destination and weight.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Elevated3D.com has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Tracking Information

• All orders include shipment tracking.

Delivery Delays

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
