At Elevated3D.com, operated by Koryntis Inc., every order is handled with care from our Ottawa studio. Each piece is inspected, securely packaged, and shipped using durable, protective packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing

– Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday
– Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday)
– Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. You will be notified if your order requires extended processing.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a mix of trusted carriers depending on your destination and order size, including Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Intelcom, and other regional carriers. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on the best combination of speed, reliability, and cost for your destination.

Transit times begin after the processing period and are estimates only:

• Australia & New Zealand: 4-16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 4-16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

Tracking Information

All orders include shipment tracking at no additional cost. Tracking details are sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside of Canada), your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Koryntis Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
