Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the return request must be initiated within this 30-day period by contacting our support team.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

– Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
– In the original packaging, including all protective materials
– Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

– Fully customized or bespoke pieces (items with custom text, names, or personalized modifications)
– Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or negligence
– Items purchased from third-party retailers (must be returned through the original point of purchase)
– Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@elevated3d.com or through our contact page at elevated3d.com/contact-us/. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once authorized, ship the item securely to our return address:

  4. When we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: Elevated3D.com / Koryntis Inc. will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us before shipping, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup.
All other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

– Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in the same currency as the original transaction.
– Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately through our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elevated3d.com with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  2. Do not discard the item or packaging until our team has reviewed your case.
  3. After review, Elevated3D.com / Koryntis Inc. will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elevated3d.com. Orders that have not yet entered production can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process above.
