Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
While fully personalized items (e.g., custom name additions) are final sale, standard 3D Art Frames may be returned within our 30-day window provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fully customized products (e.g., custom text, specific name requests, or one-off bespoke designs)
  • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces
  • Gift cards

Elevated3D may refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Return Processing & Refunds
Refunds are issued in the same currency used at checkout.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns
  • For defective or incorrect items, a full refund may be issued after review

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Delays
We cannot issue refunds solely due to carrier delays once an order has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately once approved.

Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For damaged or incorrect items, Elevated3D will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of placement, provided production or fulfillment has not begun.

Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
